I think that salaries and related costs also gets the most attention, and creates the most stress for leaders, because of the nature of the expense. When supplies, transportation, or food costs go up, there are options to look for other vendors, cut back on volume or frequency, or choose a less expensive menu. When salaries are the topic, it’s about people, relationships, and commitments that go deeper than an invoice.

One the one time resources of reserves have been used, how have you been able to maintain these additional expenses? Or maybe it’s too soon to tell.
