    Greetings,

We want to request this information from you, we have an Organization of Financial Size to present an annual form to the IRS, 990 N, and we will still have to reach 990 Z, my question is what are the possibilities as a growth plan for this type of organization? Secondly, we want to ask, in case an Organization is working with an office, outside the United States, and we want to ask what the possibilities are to benefit from the deduction plan on IRS Administrative and Travel Expenses or if Schedule F can be used (Form 1040)

Right, so moving from Form 990-N to Form 990-EZ can represent a significant change, and the appropriate approach will depend on your organization’s income and activities. For an overseas office, Schedule F on Form 1040 is related to individual tax matters, so it would not be the relevant nonprofit schedule. If the charity operates internationally or provides grants abroad, Form 990 Schedule F is worth reviewing because it covers certain foreign activities and grants. This is one area where professional advice can be particularly valuable. I would suggest speaking with an accountant who understands nonprofit and international tax requirements rather than trying to navigate it entirely on your own.
