Melissa O. Fuller is an author and public relations professional, with a career of over 15 years predominantly dedicated to nonprofit sectors. Her journey commenced at the Boston-based nonprofit, Citizens Energy, where she helped manage public affairs for a highly successful oil-heat program that provided over 100 million gallons of essential heating oil to low-income and senior citizens, reflecting Melissa’s impactful contributions.

Transitioning to AARP, Melissa excelled as a communications associate, demonstrating her adeptness in catering to the diverse needs of members, volunteers, and seniors across Massachusetts. Her commitment to community support and effective communication shone through in her dedicated service.

Further enriching her expertise, Melissa served six years within the operations team at Popular Bank. Here, she managed accounts for community associations and their board members, showcasing her proficiency in financial management and client relations within the banking domain. Beyond her corporate roles, Melissa thrives as an accomplished operations and marketing consultant, lending her expertise to diverse businesses. Her freelance editing services cater specifically to small organizations, exemplifying her commitment to empowering smaller ventures.

Melissa holds a BA in TV and Film Production and an MA in Public Relations from Lasell University.
