    Major Xbox Exclusives, Including Halo and Gears, Rumored to Arrive on PS5 and Sw

    Rumors suggest that a number of major Xbox exclusives might be making their way to PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 this year. Among the titles reportedly heading to rival platforms are Halo: Master Chief Collection and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition. Insider NateTheHate has claimed that Halo: MCC and Microsoft Flight Simulator are set to launch on both PS5 and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.

    These claims are further supported by a report from Windows Central, which also mentions the potential arrival of Age of Mythology: Retold, Hellblade 2, and possibly Gears of War: Ultimate Edition on PS5 in 2025. In addition, rumors indicate that Final Fantasy 7 Remake could finally make its way to Xbox consoles in 2025, with Final Fantasy Rebirth expected to follow in 2026.

    Xbox head Phil Spencer previously stated that there are no “red lines” for Xbox exclusives on PlayStation, meaning that franchises like Halo, Gears, and Forza could eventually appear on rival consoles.
