I am keeping my fingers crossed as we certainly cannot afford the added expense of the online payroll package. I had no idea the functionality was so backward so thanks for that heads up!</p>

The only drawback is if you get hit with one or two hefty unemployment claims it can wipe out your reserve and will cost you more for a year or two until it builds back up. On the plus side, the staff at UST are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in navigating&hellip;</p>

Our nonprofit is over 50 years old so it was different back then. I would recommend asking for legal advice and thoroughly vetting any business/organization before signing anything.</p>

We currently pay 1st and 16th with a tight turnaround for me to process &#8211; does not give managers a lot of time for review. She wants to change it to either every two weeks (26 pay periods instead of 24) or delay by a week. I have no idea what other non-profits are doing and would like feedback on&hellip;</p>
