    I do have objections to “normal” as something that we should return to (or whether it existed in the first place), but I don’t necessarily think that means resilience isn’t useful. I personally think of “resilience” in the biological way: continued existence plus the ability to continue on with your purpose. It may not be in the exact same way, but I think it can continue to serve as a guiding principle. And yes, things are definitely dependent on the situation and location!
