I wonder, though, given that salary surveys reflect current/past norms, how effective they will be in creating more equity between workers, Maybe they need to be paired and balanced at times with internal goals? I have seen a number of articles recently about making the lowest wages in the organization conform to a living wage standard or higher. I’d like to call others in on this since I know some of you have a head start
