It was interesting to see how many of our BETA testers referenced the fact that they either had increased salaries significantly already or were about to. For a good number, they took the step while still in the midst of the pandemic. It would be great to know how you rebalanced those budgets given that so many of you also referenced the limitations that inadequate reimbursement rates place on so many nonprofits? How did you make the proposal? Did it meet with resistance and how was that overcome?

I’d also be interested to know if any of you specifically targeted lower end salaries.
